The revised bus routes and schedules for Gozo and Malta have now been published by Transport Malta.

It said that these were completed following consultations with the Government, Local Councils and the public.

The Gozo University Group said that the new bus routes announced, create links between MCAST, the University and Cirkewwa, the X1A. “A step forward to a better life for Gozitan students in Malta.

There is also a direct service route from Cirkewwa to the Malta International Airport, the X1, and one from Cirkewwa to the Mater Dei Hospital, the 250.

The page won’t load. Is the link broken?

Re: New bus routes/times: If only the website worked! Being trying all morning.

Editors note: The Transport Malta website is extremely slow, no doubt due to the increased demand on it’s server, we have therefore now provided direct links to the new routes and schedules.

The page does load, eventually as I had it open earlier but as the Editor says it is very slow. No doubt it will clear over the next few days as fewer people try to access it.

Still can not get site to load. Links to ‘summer’ & ‘winter’ time tables do load. They suggest that Xlendi will be cut off from 17:30hrs. Can this be true? If so we (and I’m sure many others) will have to find somewhere else to stay. We like to tour island, eat elsewhere occasionally and return to Xlendi in late evening. Will surely damage Xlendi’s appeal.

      Hi.
What date does the Summer 2014 timetable come into force? Will it be 30th June, the same as last year?
      Thanks 🙂
