During this year's annual conference organised by the Mental Health Association Gozo, professional speakers will be delivering presentations about the ongoing challenge to juggle the demands of a career and one's personal life – 24 Siegha Kuljum – Bizzejjed?
Achieving the elusive "work-life balance" can often feel like an impossible goal, especially for people who strive to give everything their 100%. In today's "do more with less" competitive reality, it may seem impossible to manage careers and families, and feel satisfied with both.
As in the previous conferences held by the MHAG, this year's event promises to be very informative.
The speakers will delve to ingrain a fuller meaning of the two concepts of careers and families by striving for meaningful daily achievement and enjoyment in the four life quadrants – work, family, friends and self.
The National Conference is taking place on Friday, the 28th of October, at Villa Fiorita, Marsalforn, from 8.30am to 1.00pm.
