Certificate presentation for TCTC Robotica Nation students

Young participants of the TCTC Robotica Nation Gozo course have been presented with their certificates by the Minister for Gozo Dr Justyne Caruana, who congratulated the children on their achievement.
She explained that the Ministry for Gozo fully funded this course in Gozo, saying that “investing in our children is investing in the future of Gozo.”The course was aimed at girls and boys aged 5 to 14 years, who had the opportunity to build a strong foundation of coding and robotics skills for their tech future, turning their creativity into moving objects.
They learnt engineering basics with an emphasis on exploration, trial and error field testing. Instead of simply “snapping bricks together.” TCTC said that the students were encouraged to think “critically and logically about how and why their design needed to adapt to changing conditions
