The Art of Conscious Breathing at Arthall, Gozo next Sunday

Next Sunday, Arthall in Gozo is hosting a lecture and a practice of ‘Medicine in the Moment,’ namely – The Art of Conscious Breathing.
They said that this ancient art (and science) is central to the new paradigm of person-centred health maintenance.
Greg White, who is a retired Irish psychotherapist will be sharing and demonstrating the techniques and dynamics of this powerful wellness practice, gained from his personal and professional experience over fifteen years, and through several serious illnesses
Greg also has a background in civil and human rights in the mental health field, practising in the Jungian-oriented tradition for the last twenty five years.
He continues to give public talks workshops and seminars nationwide on a wide range of subjects, and from time to time offers a Certificate Course Incorporating: Mindfulness Meditation, Bodywork, Breath-work, Jungian Dream Interpretation, and Active Imagination, The Importance of your Ruling Archetype, Personality Typology (Myers Briggs), Hearing voices and bi-polar consciousness, The Alchemy of Conscious Breathing, Advocacy in Mental Health. The talk is taking place at ArtHall , 8, Triq Agius de Soldanis, Victoria, next Sunday, the 24th of March from 12pm to 6pm. Entrance is €10 per person.
