Lecture and interview – Two cultural events at Il-Hagar this Saturday

Two cultural events – a lecture and interview – are taking place this Saturday at Il-Hagar museum in Victoria, Gozo.
Professor Arnold Cassola will be delivering a lecture in the morning, starting at 11am, covering a much researched topic by the Professor – Suleiman the Magnificent.
Then in the evening at 7.30pm, Valerio Ballotta (from GBK) will be interviewing – in Italian – Arialdo Ceribelli (from Bergamo’s Galleria Ceribelli).
Mr Ceribelli will be reminiscing about his friend Gianfranco Ferroni, the important artist who died in 2001.
Following the interview there will be a tour of the exhibition of some of Ferroni’s work (including etchings and lithographs), as well as others by Walter Coccetta. This exhibition will remain open till the 13th of June.
Entrance is free of charge for both events, this Saturday, the 11th of May, but it is recommended to reserve a seat on firstname.lastname@example.org
