Gozo’s final figures for voting turnout in EP and Local Council elections

Voting turnout in Gozo for EP and Local Council electionsThe the average total approximate percentage voting turnout in the Local Council Elections localities on Saturday was 60.46% in Malta and Gozo, the Electoral Commission said.

In the European Elections for District 13 – Gozo – it was 74.87%. While the average total approximate percentage turnout in Malta and Gozo was 72.60%. The Electoral Commission explained that this figure includes voter turnout for Saturday, as well as with those early voters on the 18th, 21st and 23rd of May

For the Local Elections in Gozo, the voter turnout was highest in Kercem at 76.64% and the lowest was in San Lawrenz at 51.60%.
