14 participants have successfully completed the course in Sports Administration, which was held at the University of Malta Centre in Xewkija and accredited at MQF 5 level.
Minister for Gozo Clint Camilleri, while addressing those present for the presentation of certificates, said that as a Ministry for Gozo “we are committed to continue exploring new niches and offer opportunities for the Gozo people in Gozo itself.”
The Ministry for Gozo had offered a scholarship to Gozitan residents who wished to pursue a Course in Sports Administration.
For this Award in Sports Management, the Ministur, in collaboration with Avanza Academy, funded 30% of the costs involved while the remaining 70% was recovered through the Get Qualified scheme.
