In relation to final deeds of sale on residential property in May, the Gozo and Comino District registered 146, this was up 28 on April and down 59 on May 2022.
The data released today by the National Statistics Office today show that in the cluster of localities made up of Fontana, Gharb, Ghasri, Kercem, Munxar, Victoria, San Lawrenz, Sannat and Zebbug, there were 70 final deeds of sale, down by 5 on April, and down by 26 on May last year.
While in the cluster of localities of Ghajnsielem and Comino, Nadur, Qala, Xaghra and Xewkija there were 76, this was up 33 on April and down by 33 on May 2022.
The NSO noted that promise of sale agreements in the Gozo and Comino District numbered 167, up by 49 agreements in April and by 54 for the same month last year.
In the cluster of localities made up of Fontana, Gharb, Ghasri, Kercem, Munxar, Victoria, San Lawrenz, Sannat and Zebbug, the promise of sale agreements totalled 90 in May, up 23 from April and up 38 from May 2022.
While in the cluster of localities of Ghajnsielem and Comino, Nadur, Qala, Xaghra and Xewkija, the figure was 77, up 26 from April, and up 16 on May 2022.
