Gozo Highspeed ferry has advised that with immediate effect and due to “high swells in Valletta Harbour the Gozo Fast Ferry Service has been disrupted until further notice.”
It has asked the public to check its Facebook page [1] for any updates.
Malta Public Transport has also notified that because of the above bus routes 150, 300, and X133 will not be operating until further notice.
It advised that these routes take passengers from the Valletta Waterfront to MCAST, University and around Valletta, respectively.
Route X300 has been changed and will now be operating between Cirkewwa and Valletta, rather than Cirkewwa and the Waterfront.
The Met Office is forecasting storms and strong winds which are expected to hit the Maltese Islands over the coming days.
