A 44-year-old man was grievously injured after falling from a dinghy at Ramla l-Hamra in Gozo on Sunday.
Police said that the incident happened at around noon.
The man, who is from Qormi, suffered serious injuries to his face from the propeller of the same dinghy.
Members of the Armed Forces of Malta took the man to Mgarr from where he was taken by taken by ambulance to the Gozo General Hospital.
Police investigations are ongoing.
