HSBC Bank Malta has advised that due to essential system maintenance, its online banking, phone banking, and mobile banking services (including mobile top-up) will be out of service between 1am and 4am on Monday, the 16th of October.
In addition, online 3D secure payments will not be possible during this time and SMS alerts will not be received, it said.
The Bank said that this is required maintenance “to make sure customers are provided with the best possible service” and apologised for any inconvenience caused.
