A 46-year old woman was grievously injured after being hit by a car in Nadur on Tuesday evening.
Police said that the accident happened at around 8pm in Rabat Road.
The injured pedestrian who is from Xewkija, was hit by a Toyota Vitz being driven by a 34-year-old man from Nadur.
The woman was taken to the Gozo General Hospital.
Police investigations are still ongoing.
