The approximate percentage voting turnout up to 2.00pm today for early voters in the European Parliament Election and Local Council Elections was 51% for both.
The Electoral Commission said that there were 15,979 registered voters for the European Parliament election and the votes cast were 8,234.
In the Local Council elections there were 16,135 registered voters, with 8,298 votes cast.
Voting is open until 10pm this evening.
