Gozo Bishop Anton Teuma has met with the Victoria Local Council as part of the Pastoral Visit [1], his first one since being consecrated Bishop of Gozo.
The Bishop was accompanied by the Archpriest of the Cathedral Mons. Joseph Sultana.
The Council said that discussions covered several common topics with him. “The will to increase the cooperation between the church and the council, is there…from both sides.”
At the end of the meeting the Bishop gave a memento to everyone who was present and left a message in the visitors’ book.
The Victoria Local Council presented Bishop Teuma with an engraving of the Banca Giuratale.
