The Gozo Museum Project in Victoria will be open to the public in 2026. It is currently at the stage of M&Es (mechanical and electrical services), Finishes and preparations for Fit-Out works, said Minister for Gozo and Planning Clint Camilleri.
Camilleri also said that the site will be at the disposal of the Agency in charge of Cultural Heritage in the first quarter of 2026 to begin the process of migrating the artefacts to the new site. “The Gozo Museum will be open to the public in the same year.”
The Minister was replying to a Parliamentary Question tabled by the Opposition Spokesperson for Gozo Alex Borg, as to what stage the project has reached and when it will be completed.
