The National Youth Council of Malta (KNZ) has appointed a new executive following the completion of its two-year term.
The newly elected board is as follows:
President – Cherise Sultana
Vice President – Michaela Vassallo
Secretary General – Laura Chetcuti Dimech
Financial Officer – Jeanelle Aquilina
National Officer – Francesca Giudice
Advocacy Officer – Elisa Micallef Peplow
International Officer – Sarah Xuereb
Public Relations Officer – Isaac Bondin
Youth Community Officer – Francesco Gellel
The National Youth Council of Malta, is a non-governmental and non-partisan organisation dedicated to representing all young people aged 13 to 35 living in Malta and Gozo.
Their mission is to “understand and address the challenges faced by youth, bridging gaps and creating opportunities both locally and internationally, with a particular focus on marginalised groups.”
“We will continue to build on our efforts and strengthen our engagement with all stakeholders, including youth NGOs, student organisations, local councils, Agenzija Zghazagh, authorities, entities and individuals working to support young people in our society. Through collaboration, we aim to empower youth and build a more inclusive future,” said KNZ.
