StellarVoice, a new Voice over WiFi (VoWiFi) service has been introduced by Melita that “guarantees crystal-clear indoor calls wherever there is WiFi, even in areas where mobile coverage may be weak or unavailable.”
The company said that with StellarVoice, calls work just like any other mobile call, no apps, no extra costs, no effort. Customers can make and receive calls seamlessly using their phone’s dialler, with the same experience as regular mobile calls. Moving from WiFi to mobile coverage and back happens automatically, so conversations continue without interruption.
StellarVoice is available across all Melita postpaid mobile plans. Activating the service is simple: on most recent iPhone and Android devices, customers just need to enable WiFi Calling in their phone settings. Melita said that “once enabled, StellarVoice runs in the background and ensures the best possible call quality, even in homes with thick walls, basements, or offices where signals struggle to reach.”
