This Saturday, a special bus service is being operated for the Fireworks Festival [1] being held in Nadur.
Malta Public Transport announced that two extra return trips will be operated from Nadur at 22.45 and 23.15, allowing passengers to travel at the end of the display. These supplementary services will complement the regular scheduled network operating in Gozo on the night.
Routes 303 and 323 will be available for travel from Mgarr to Nadur ahead of the event, providing access for those attending the festivities earlier in the evening, including those travelling from Malta by ferry.
All holders of personalised tallinja cards may travel free of charge on day, night and special services. Passengers without a valid card may purchase a ticket on board, at the cost pf €2 for normal day services, or €3 for special and night services. Both cash and contactless payments are accepted, Malta Public Transport said.
Passengers are encouraged to plan their journeys accordingly.
