The Archdiocese has advised thats that Archbishop Charles Scicluna is to undergo a medical procedure and will need a period of rest and rehabilitation in the coming days.
It said that some scheduled commitments may therefore be adjusted accordingly.
The Archdiocese said that the Archbishop looks forward to resuming his pastoral ministry as soon as possible. ”He would appreciate the prayers and support of the Christian faithful.”
The Archdiocese requests privacy during his recovery.
