Europe Direct Gozo in collaboration with the CORE Platform, Caritas Gozo, the Jesuit Refugee Service (Malta), the Gozo Business Chamber, and Bank of Valletta, organised a seminar and dialogue session, entitled – Managing Workforce Diversity.
It was explained that as Gozo’s labour market continues to evolve, employers and businesses are increasingly encountering new realities related to workforce diversity, communication, and workplace dynamics.
Europe Direct Gozo said that this seminar, which was held in English, provided practical insights and created constructive dialogue around these realities, while bringing together employers, organisations, and representatives from different communities within the same discussion.
Europe Direct Gozo said that it strongly believes in the importance of creating discussions among employers, employees and other emerging realities which are affecting the labour market, exchange experiences, and better understand the evolving needs of today’s workplaces.
