Gharb Local Council will once again be hosting the Gozo International Puppets Festival, now in its 3rd edition with a celebration of puppetry, culture and family entertainment.
The festival will be taking place between the 25th and 27th of September, with this year’s theme being – Puppets Without Borders. Starting from 4pm on the Friday and Saturday and then 10.30am on Sunday.
Visitors to the festival should be prepared to be amazed and entertained with much laughter by performances that will feature giant puppets as they wander around the village, marionettes and street performances, all blending storytelling with artistry, as well as string puppet shows, workshops, puppet vendors, and live entertainment.
There will also be food stalls and much, much more….. So don’t miss the opportunity to see this fantastic festival for all ages.
