The housing market activity in Gozo slowed right down again in September, with final deeds of sale for the region recorded at 135, this figure was down on the previous month, and last year.
Latest National Statistics Office data revealed that 135 final deeds of sale on residential property were registered in Gozo during September. This figure was down by 65 on August, and by 16 on last year. The highest number was in Victoria registering 22.
Gozo also registered 136 promise of sale agreements, this figure was down by 22 agreements on August and by 4 on August 2025. The highest number were in Xewkija, at 27.
