The Pope’s flight AZ4000 from Rome landed this afternoon at 16.51pm. He departed from the plane at 5.00pm, to be greeted by the President of Malta.
Crowd started to gather at the Malta International Airport earlier this afternoon and a ring of police surrounds the airport perimeter.
