Enemalta has announced further fuel price increases which will come into effect tomorrow, Monday, January the 3rd, 2011.
The Corporation said that these revisions reflect the prices paid for the on the latest shipments of imported fuel.
The December petrol and diesel consignments were based on the December Platts prices, which, Enemalta said, were on average were higher than the previous delivery pricing basis. This was due to the rise in international crude oil prices and the increase in demand due to the freezing temperatures across Europe
