Melita has announced that Jimmy Italia, the channel which until 31st December 2010 was being carried by Melita has ceased operation as of 1st January 2011. The company said that unfortunately, the operators of this channel had failed to inform Melita that this channel will not be available anymore. This makes it the third channel to be lost within the last month on Melita.
Meltia said that it would like to apologise to its customers for any inconvenience caused.
