Arriva to introduce four Airport Express services in July

When Arriva starts its new operation on July the 3rd, one of the services that will be introduced is the Airport Express.

There are four airport express services, all of which have an ‘X’ before the number. These routes make it easier for you to get directly to and from the airport, whether you are travelling for business, pleasure or heading off on holiday.

There is additional luggage space and room for more passengers on these routes (133), which are all served by air-conditioned, articulated (bendy) buses.

Route X1: Airport – Marsa Park & Ride – Pembroke Park & Ride – Mellieha – Cirkewwa

Route X2: Airport – Paola – Marsa Park & Ride – Mater Dei – San Giljan (St Julians)

Route X3: Airport – Paola – Marsa Park & Ride – Birkirkara – Attard – Rabat – Mosta – Bugibba

Route X4: Valletta – Marsa Park & Ride – Airport – Birzebbuga
