Santa Maria agrarian show.
Around 8,000 people visited the Santa Maria agrarian show at the Ninu Cremona Lyceum Complex, Victoria. 349 trophies and €4,831 in cash prizes were distributed to 129 competitors, who exhibited over 3,300 farm produce, animals, birds, and handicrafts.
This year a special prize of 100 euros was given to the winner in the classes of dairy cows. This voucher was given by “Ditta Leone, 3 ways Ltd Company” to Christian Parnis.
The winner was James Muscat, of Victoria (60 trophies and 1233 euro in cash) M’Angelo Grech, of Kercem ( 82 trophies and 921 euro in cash) and Luke Buttigieg, of Munxar (11 trophies and 1032 euro in cash) placed second and third respectively.
