GO said this morning that it has experienced a problem with the system that handles pre-paid top-ups by SMS and online.
The company said that customers may still use recharge vouchers, which are readily available from outlets and shops all over the islands. Moreover calls are not affected.
In order to minimize the inconvenience to customers, repairs will be carried out overnight. Updates will be sent later today.
