The Sanctuary of Our Lady of Graces in Victoria was the venue for the Advent retreat of the Padre Pio Prayer Groups in Gozo.
National Director Fr Alfred Scerri, OFM Cap, celebrated Mass. After a short coffee break, the Rector of the Sacred Heart Seminary, Fr Daniel Xerri delivered a talk on the real meaning of Advent-a time of conversion and preparation for the birth of Jesus.
The retreat came to an end with a dinner at the friary.
