In view of the outcome of Parliamentary vote, Alternattiva Demokratika – The Green Party, Chairperson Michael Briguglio said that “in view of the politically unstable situation in the country, a general election should be held despite the fact that PL’s motion did not garner a majority. Malta cannot be held hostage by a member of parliament who is keeping the country guessing.”
Michael Briguglio said, “The current political crisis shows that the two party system is bankrupt and that Malta should have a proper European multi party democracy.”
