The Gozo SPCA in Victoria are looking after this lovely little dog named Midge.
“Midge was one of the 6 puppies found in a box 10 months ago and is still waiting for her ‘forever’ home. She is a very sweet girl, just eight and a half kilos (now fully grown) and although probably a fox terrier cross she looks more like a pretty little whippet.”
She likes nothing more than to sit on your knee for cuddles, although she loves her free runs twice a week in the country, as you can see from these photos of her enjoying a fun time at Ta’ Cenc.
Midge is a very timid dog and would be best suited in a quiet home with no children. She would make an ideal companion for a single person,” the Gozo SPCA spokesperson said.
If there is anybody who thinks that they can help with homes for Midge or any of the other animals at the Gozo SPCA centre, then please email Betty Berry on info@spca-gozo.org [1]. You can also contact them on 21553769 and 99475199 or visit their website at: http://www.spca-gozo.org/ [2].
A gallery is available which features many of the animals that are currently in need of new homes, which may be viewed by clicking this link. [3] All can either be re-homed straight away, or can be booked for the future if there is a delay for any reason.
