The Malta Environment and Planning Authority (MEPA) will be collecting the recently expired 2011/12 Carnet de Chasse booklets, which is in accordance with the Conservation of Wild Birds Regulations, 2006.
The Authority said that it is requesting all holders of 2011/12 Carnet de Chasse hunting and trapping booklets to return their booklets to Maltapost branches between Thursday 23rd February and Wednesday 29th February, during normal Maltapost opening hours (both days inclusive).
Persons who have misplaced their booklets should report this to the Malta Environment and Planning Authority, Hexagon House, Marsa, during office hours at the same dates as above.
Following the collection of the expired 2011/12 Carnet de Chasse booklets, the Authority will distribute the new 2012/13 Carnet de Chasse booklets.

What a farce. These things are not worth the paper they are printed on. I shall say no more.
