From information received via the Rapid Alert System for Food and Feed, in accordance with the Food Safety Act and Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council, the Environmental Health Directorate within the Superintendence of Public Health has said that as a precautionary measure the following product should not be consumed by coeliacs (persons intolerant to gluten) due to the presence of undeclared wheat in a product labelled as without gluten (‘senza glutine’)
