Following the opening of the exhibition GENTES, the JP2 Memorial Festival 2012 turns back to music, with a concert by Gozitan soprano Ruth Portelli.
This concert is being hel on Thursday, the 17th of May, 2012, at 8.00pm, at the Cittadella Centre for Culture & Arts, in Victoria.
Ms Portelli is a renowned name in the local music scene, having participated in the Malta Eurovision Song Contest among others. Furthermore, she has also held successful concerts in Malta, including a very successful event in St. James Cavalier last year. In this concert, Ruth Portelli will be accompanied by Mro. Dr John Galea; another leading figure in our islands’ cultural sector.
