Bank of Valletta is supporting the 15th Edition of the Victoria International Arts Festival [1], the artistic and cultural bonanza starting on the 6th June 2012 which hosts a number of international artists who will accompany the Malta Philharmonic Orchestra and other Maltese artists.
The Victoria International Arts Festival was created in 1997 by the Laudate Pueri Choir of St George’s basilica and has become a fixed event in the cultural calendar of the Maltese Islands.
Mro Joseph Vella will conduct the inaugural concert at St George’s Basilica. This concert will feature renowned Italian violin soloist Marcello Canci who will accompany the Malta Philharmonic Orchestra and the Laudate Pueri Choir.
The Bank’s sponsorship was presented by Jack Thewma, Manager of Bank of Valletta’s Gozo Branch, to Prof. Joseph Vella.
