A group of Civil Protection Personnel and Emergency Response and Rescue Corps from Gozo recently attended an intensive ten-day training programme in the United Kingdom.
Those attending the programme were hosted and trained by Rescue 3 UK and the volunteers attending received training as swift water technicians, specialising in rescue from vehicles in water.
The ERRC is the promoter and coordinator of a Leonardo Da Vinci Mobility VETPRO European Funded Project named “White Waters.”
