Transport Malta has said that part of Triq l-Imgarr in Gozo is to be closed to traffic from this coming Monday, the 8th of October until the end of the month.
Testing which had taken place along a 130 metre stretch of the road has identified potential problems with the gradient of the main sewer, Transport Malta said.
“These problems had been identified following tests that were carried out by the Water Services Corporation and the contractor together, prior to the laying of the binder and wearing courses.”
Transport Malta said that the following traffic management scheme is to be implemented:
Traffic from Victoria in the direction of Mgarr will be diverted through Triq San Anard, Triq ta’ Hamet, Triq il-Madonna tar-Rummiena and Triq l-Imgarr.

Very good Malta Transport !
Maybe you ask experts before .
A little island needs 2 years to complete such a short road .
Thank you for the next chaos .
