The Director General (Consumer Affairs) has this morning issued a Public Warning Statement identifying and giving information about services supplied in an unsatisfactory manner by Golden Travel Club Limited (C 33107) that has its registered Office at 2, Salvu Psaila Street, Birkirkara.
It operates commercially under the trade name Fantasy Tours operating as tour operator, travel agent, tourist agent, travel and tour charterer and contractor, caterer for all travel and tourist requirements and promoter of all kinds of conveyances of tourists and travellers.
The statement said that it has also as has been repeatedly established by a number of decisions of the Consumer Claims Tribunal from where it results that the above-mentioned operator of Fantasy Tours fails to abide by the obligations it has taken upon itself with regard to these services.
