The Civil Protection Department has this morning issued a warning to motorists to be aware when driving in poor conditions.
It said that some localities across Malta and Gozo will experience heavy rain and possibly hail at times today.
Drivers are therefore advised to drive cautiously if in those areas that are affected by the storms and not to park vehicles in areas liable to flooding.
