Sir M.A. Refalo Centre for Further Studies, a post-secondary in the heart of Victoria, Gozo, organises a variety of complementary-curricular activities as part of its holistic learning programme.
Recently, the Health and Safety Department organised an out-of-school health and safety activity. It was held at the Civil Protection Department centre in Xewkija, Gozo, where students attended a lecture on domestic fire-fighting and had hands-on experience in fire-fighting.
The next talk, which is on Nutrition, will be held in May as part of the School’s Health Day activities. This will be organised in collaboration with the Guidance Teachers at Sir M.A. Refalo Centre.
