The Gozo Philatelic Society is issuing a Special Personalised Stamp Series. Four national anniversaries related to the constitutional development occur during 2014: the 50th of Independence (1964), 40th of the Republic (1974), 35th of Freedom Day (1979) and 10th of EU accession (2004).
Beginning June 2013, the Gozo Philatelic Society is befittingly issuing a monthly series of personalised stamps showing all Malta’s Prime Ministers (since 1921 Self-Government).
The stamped covers have been specially designed by Anthony Grech and subscriptions for the strictly restricted stamped covers or mint stamps are now open.
