The Xaghra Local Council would like to remind everyone that on the weekend of the 25th and 26th of May 2013, the annual car races will be held in Xaghra.
This event is being organised by the Island Car Club, with Saturday’s event starting at 2pm and finishing at 6pm, while Sunday’s event starts at 8am and finishes at around 3.30pm.
The general public is advised that the main entry to the village, i.e. 8th September Avenue, will be closed during these races. The public is kindly requested to use the entrances from Mielha Street, Ghajn Damma Street, San Marzjal Street and Sellum Road.
