Another perfect example as to Qala’s downfall. Qala should be the peaceful village it once was in the 70’s.

Well then if the people of Qala enjoy these activities so much, they should stop complaining about how crowded Hondoq gets because all these activities and advertisements promote crowd.

Eliza as long as the crowds are there for free it will never bother us common people .What a lot of people DO NOT WANT is to have Hondoq and it`s surroundings handed on a golden plate for speculation

If you can’t stop aging you can’t stop progress. With due respect I don’t see any point in readers responding to your comments which most of the time don’t make sense at all. As I recomended before may I, again suggest you take knitting for a hobby and get off the computer.
What Qala residents simply don’t want is the enormous amount of traffic the gigantic development at Hondoq would create in their community twenty four/seven all year round. So in your opinion they should also stop their beloved patron saint festa. Viva San Guzepp.
Gozoroo.

The feast comes once a year. I didn’t complain about the feast. My question is how are residents to get peace and a good nights sleep with alot of loud entertainment and you can’t even enjoy sitting outside anymore with all the car exhaust because of the increase of cars passing by because of these crowds.

I am not too sure what you would know about Gozo in the 70s, and of course, you don’t have to go if you don’t want too, but I am sure you will be made very welcome if you do decide to come along
, But there are many many people that do appreciate the efforts that have been made to promote this sort of interfaith dialogue among all foreign nationals residing in, or visiting Gozo. So why not go along and enjoy it. as Its a great night out..

So then, keep polluting Hondoq beach if thats what you want with your advertisements.
I feel that the residents of Qala especially near these activities should be entitled to peace and not noise and crowds.
