Free screening of 3rd PANACEA underwater documentary

Don’t miss out on an opportunity to attend a free screening of the 3rd PANACEA underwater documentary, which is the first local documentary using innovative techniques such as filming from a drone and focuses on the Marine Protected Areas (MPA’s) of Mgarr ix-Xini and Comino, featuring seahorses, seahares, spiny lobsters, saddles seabreams, groupers and whatnot.

The screening will take place on Monday, the 2nd of September, at Sir Temi Zammit Hall at the University of Malta between 10.30am and 11.30am and is being held under the distinguished patronage of His Excellency The President of Malta Dr. George Abela.

350 seats have been reserved for the public – those interested in attending should send an email with their details (name, surname, ID card number) to sept02event@gmail.com [1] – reservations are on a first come-first served basis.

Those attending will be given also a complimentary copy of the documentaries on a DVD.

In order to bring these documentaries to students and children too, circa 400 places have been reserved for Kids on Campus and SkolaSajf kids too for the screening.

Donations for the Malta Community Chest Fund will also be collected on the day.

Details on the first 2 PANACEA documentaries are available here [2].
