The Minister for Gozo Dr. Anton Refalo, said in a statement that he strongly condemns the act vandalism on the Qolla l-Bajda coastal battery in Qbajjar (Marsalforn), Gozo.
Yesterday, the Ministry began to coordinate the work to rectify the damage as as soon as possible. This, the Minister said is being carried out with the collaboration of Wirt Ghawdex.
“Regarding other incidents in areas of Qbajjar and Calypso’s Cave, urgent action will be taken and investigations wil be made into the operation of the department concerned so that things do not repeat themselves,” the Minister said.
