The University of Malta’s Dance Studies Department of the School of Performing Arts invites the public to the annual Open Day to be held on Monday, the 31st of March 2014 from 9.30am. Activities will be held all day at the premises in San Gwann Industrial Estate (over HomeTrends, 3rd floor).
The Department would like to offer the opportunity to students who are interested in knowing more about the full-time 3-year Bachelor’s Degree in Dance Studies (Hons) to participate in a variety of practical classes, workshops and student-led seminars explaining the curriculum. There will also be a sharing of dance works from current BA and MA students.
Contemporary Dance is taught by Francesca Tranter, Yoga for Dancers taught by Abby Hoffman and Ballet is taught by Lucia Piquero Alarez.
Staff and students will be on hand throughout the day to answer questions.
