After the success of its opening day, the Gozo Live 3-day annual Book Fair continues with another full programme of events on Friday.
The Minister for Gozo Dr Anton Refalo, officially opened the Fair yesterday and was also able to view the work carried out at the school in order to introduce the Year 7 co-education.
The Fair is being held in collaboration with Gozo College and is being held in the Girls Secondary School, situated next to Arkadia in Victoria.
There will be readings in the mornings and visitors will also find a a great selection of books on sale from children’s stories to novels to non- fiction books, in both English and Maltese.
These publications are added to by the exhibitors who will be providing a wide range of interesting reading material guaranteed to suit all tastes.
Entrance is free of charge and the Fair will be open on Friday, between 9.30am and 2.00pm and then again from 4.00pm until 7.00pm. On Saturday the fair will be open between 8.30am and 4.00pm.

Few words by Mr. Carmel Camilleri, the designer of the pictures of two books that are being launched. (4 mins)

As it happens, it will also be the authors birthday, he will be cutting his birthday cake. Hopefully there will be enough slices for everyone!
