The Labour Party, has said in a statement, “How many seconds will it take for Simon Busuttil to decide on Giovanna Debono?”
“In his speech at the General Council, Simon Busuttil did not disclose anything about what was happening in Gozo, in which it was alleged that works were being carried our in private homes, paid for by the then Government.”
“Busuttil should state whether he was aware of the scandal,” the Labour Party said. “In the same speech, Busuttil also made reference to the case about leaks on the secret Swiss bank accounts. Then it took him 5 seconds to decide to suspend Michael Falzon and Ninu Zammit, how many seconds will it take to decide on Debono?” The Labour Party concluded.
