The Gozo Bird Breeders Society will be holding its Annual Bird Show at the Gozo Sports Complex, in Victoria.
The show will be open on Saturday, the 5th of December, from 8.30am till 8.00pm and Sunday, the 6th of December, from 8.30am till 6.30pm.
There will be 7 sections of different birds, all bred in Gozo by specialised breeders.
Section 1, will be mainly large Greenfinches, Siskins, Goldfinches etc. Section 2, Exotic Finches, such as Zebra Finches, Gouldians etc. Section 3, Canaries, such as Fifes, Gloster, etc. Section 4, Colour Canaries, such as Red Factor, Yellow etc, Section 5, Parrotlike, such as Lovebirds, Ringnecks etc. Section 6, Softbills, such as Starlings, Turaco etc. And finally Section 7, Quails and Doves.
