The Institute of Tourism Studies in Gozo, has announced that it will start the following courses in March for the general public.
Certificate in Food Preparation and Culinary Arts – Basic Pastry and Baking
Certificate in Food Preparation and Culinary Arts – Basic Kitchen and Larder
The course will be held over 14 weeks starting the first Wednesday of March.
Registrations are open. One can either visit the ITS Gozo Campus, Bishop Michael Buttigieg Street in Qala, to pick up the application, or phone on 22587800 for further information.
